bUmp Interactive is currently seeking a web marketing apprentice.
bUmp Interactive is a successful two-sided web-marketing business. On one side we contract for SEO, site design and optimized content with a client base mostly comprised of other marketing companies who do not have an in-house web team. On the other side we run a large network of affiliate and lead generation sites that we are looking to expand even further. Both sides of the business have reached the point where we’ll either have to sub-contract to meet the needs of my clients, which can cost far more than its’ worth, OR we’ll need to enlist help. The trouble is that we cannot seem to find anyone who really understands the comprehensive world of web marketing from all angles and can apply it to the projects in their portfolios. We are also tentative about hiring an in-house person since the amount of business we get can fluctuate from week to week and we cannot guarantee a set income.
What we would like to do is use this opportunity to find someone with basic skills in writing, analysis, and social networking and train them from the ground up. Depending on that persons’ goals we will work out an arrangement that helps get them where they want to be whether that is full-time in-house placement with one of the many companies we contract with, assistance in building that person’s own profitable projects, or if the chemistry is right, partnership in this company.
The skills we would teach this person would range from basic web development, SEO, content copywriting, ecommerce, lead generation, brand management, and affiliate marketing among many other things. We estimate that it would only take about a month to really teach the complete ins and outs of what we do.
The ideal person would live in the Phoenix area and be available two or three mornings a week for about 4 hours. While we understand that an opportunity like this is not right for those already employed full-time, it may be perfect for those looking to make a career move, or who have obstacles that prevent them from working a traditional in-office 9-5 (for example, those who have young children that can only really work while they’re in school).
If you or someone you know is interested in an opportunity such as this, please Email Shauna to discuss this further. Thank you.
This is a serious opportunity so I would appreciate only serious inquiries.
